Coaching is “in my blood”. People have always come to me, to listen, reflect, sometimes seek advice and I have always enjoyed “being there” for them to listen and propose options. It’s official! I am now doing what I have always done for friends and family for a career. I love every moment of it…and I want you to be doing the same thing…something you really love…

So what is it about me that can help you re-discover your dreams, eliminate the stress in your life and find the prosperity and happiness that comes with doing something that is uniquely you?

I have 10 years of experience in Social Work and almost 20 years of experience in the business world, coaching, staffing, recruiting, and career management with such companies as Xerox International Partners, and as Director of Americas Staffing at Mercury Interactive, a top-tier, enterprise-software company. In Social Work I often assisted individuals and families in crisis and help them transition to a place of security and hope. In the business world, I had to be able to identify needs, skills, goals and personal characteristic and blend and match them in a way that brought success to all concerned both on time and under budget. I also sat ‘on the other side of the desk’ for many interviews. I know what they are thinking!

My success in these areas comes from a unique ability to form a trusting bond with people, be able to truly understand them and help them to better understand themselves. Together, we then could come up with previously unseen options.
